I practice real estate primarily in the inner-Seattle neighborhoods, representing both buyers and sellers. The neighborhoods where I primarily focus include Queen Anne, Capitol Hill, the University District, Wallingford, Fremont, Ballard, Phinney Ridge and Green Lake.

I give free monthly informational seminars for buyers and sellers. Buyers are educated on the home buying process while sellers learn all facets of the home selling process. I have always had a passion for delivering unparalleled customer service and my clients notice the difference.

I have a network of resources to assist clients throughout the entire process, including lenders, home inspectors, and escrow and title companies. Finally, I utilize the latest in real estate technologies to ensure that clients achieve the best results, whether selling or buying property.

I have 20 years of customer-centered sales and marketing experience. Not surprisingly, my commitment to excellence in customer service began as a manager with Nordstrom. At Nordstrom, I became committed to the notion that providing the best customer service experience will provide return satisfaction.

I have also managed a $3 million product line for a consumer goods company, gaining expertise in establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with customers and vendors. I also developed a knack for using data to forecast marketing trends and utilized surveys to improve customer satisfaction.
