I am Stimulating the local economy well my wife said "That would be the perfect job for you, You like making people happy and you have never met a stranger" well it made me think that would be a great job with awesome benefits so I went on-line and applied. I hope they call it is sometimes hard to relay how passionate you are about something until you get the face to face time. You guys keep your fingers crossed
I have decided I want to do something different. I need some purpose. I want to work earn a paycheck have some benefits. I have decided I am going to pursue a career at HEB (first choice) or WALMART. I want to be fulltime and I want to start at the bottom and work my way up! I am ready for a different kind of challenge. I will continue applying at both places until one or the other accepts me. I will continue putting my heart and soul into my Real Estate until my goal is reached. If you know anyone who works at HEB or WALMART who might be able to give me some hints on how to get hired please let me know
Three month's and counting for standing on the corner of Hwy 281 and Bitters. I have a new sign the front says the same thing BUY SELL RENT I am a Realtor will work for you. The back of the sign has changed to say Need an Apartment ? with my phone number and web address. It still seems to be working. I am passing out more business cards that ever and today a gentleman stopped me as I was leaving and ask me about a rental house. I handed him my card and he said I already have your number my wife wrote it down when I was taking her to work. I know my efforts will pay off. I am getting to do something I love and people are responding. Now that I have this Apartment Locating along with my Real Estate I fell it will be a winning combination. Remember if you have some one to refer for and apartment just call me. Its a fifty dollar referral and all they have to do is lease an apartment through me at Apartment Guy
If you have clients moving to San Antonio or clients who for some reason need to do a little work before they qualify to buy the home of their dreams...I am looking for you!! I need your Referrals . I can get your client a great deal on an apartment and keep them happy until you can get them into that house. I have gone to work for an Apartment locator here in san antonio. Well I checked on Texas Real Estate Commission website and I am now officially sponsored by New Home Guy Realty. I am totally excited. I will not only be working as a Realtor but also as an apartment locator. I can't tell you how many folks have approached me about renting an apartment in the past month. I think this will be a win win. Although I don't know if the new broker knows what they are getting into...I am a "go getter" at least I view myself as one...I will be taking my two listings with me. I triedto get them to stay with RE/MAX because I truly love my former Broker and she has supported me so much, It's not her fault the economy took a nose dive..right? Anyway my clients said we want to stay with you Richard where ever you go. I am glad and it made me feel good. I will continue to market their properties with the same vigor as before. I have been calling my contact at the new place trying to get the new signs and business cards etc...I think he is tired of me calling..lol. I told him I wanted to hit the ground running and he said well you understand you have to go through training Monday. Which I do understand.Once completed I plan on taking over the world...haha. No, but I am ready to Rock and Roll. It would be awesome to start getting as many people placed in apartments as possible and start a steady stream of income. What do you say...who's with me.....pirates aaarrrrrrrr cool.<---got carried away too much Big Red this morning

Richard Bowman was the agent we hired to sell our home. Renters had just moved out, and we had bought a new home a few months prior. We were going to have 2 house payments, so we wanted to sell our old house quickly. We had tried to sell the house ourselves, but didn't have any luck. After a month of trying ourselves, we needed professional help. The day we met with Richard, he took pictures and video of our home. Within a day, he had a video of our home on U-tube, a colored flyer in the tube on the sign in front of the house, and had listed it on Craig's list. Richard worked very hard to sell our home. He contacted other agents and let them know about our listing. He also held an open house. Whenever there was a showing Richard, would let us know, as well contacting the showing agent for any feedback. Our home was on the market for 40 days. In those 40 days, we had 20 showings. We found this to be very impressive, in what was considered a slow market. Thanks to Richard, we sold our house quickly and closed in a timely manner. Richard was with us all the way from the beginning to the end of the closing. We highly recommend Richard Bowman as your agent to sell your home.
