I am not sure I understand about charging for the blog. If I don't pay I hear that outside people (clients cant read my blog.) Is this right ? Hey I say more power to activerain I do think it is a great social forum but I do link it to my website and I need that link to work. I don't have any money to spare right now ....so with a heavy heart I will close this chapter of my life and move on to wordpress or blogger. please sent me a link to a service you my readers would recommend

The minute the news story about me working the street came to an end. my email box and Mobile phone went berserk. I didn't want to say anything yesterday because I did not know if it would really happen. This very morning KSAT 12 news in San Antonio came to my little corner at US HWY 281 and Bitters. It was alot of fun and they were super nice. I was nervous and I can't for the life of me remember what I said. A lot of video was shot so we shall see. I wanted to ask if this sign makes me look fat...lol but it probably the food I eat.

On a side note Bob the newspaper guy had some dire news someone STOLE his beloved bicycle he just bought after months of paying on a layaway plan. They also got his back pack. I am going to look around the house and see if I have a back pack he can have. His bike was a black 820 Trekk with a rack on the back. It was taken somewhere on Randolph Blvd. Thats to everyone who reads my blog and please subscribe

Well I wasn't on my corner this morning. Not only did I wake up to bad weather I woke up to see my bank account drained by some criminal. I want to tell you I have been using the Internet from way back when it was BBS and Gopher sites way before this beautiful thing you see today. I have never had a problem with fraud or identity theft. Well recently I unsubscribed to the service Freecreditreport.com I just simply could not afford to keep the service. (I was a member for 6 years). When I called to unsubscribe I was directed toa call center in India some where. The man was pushy and did not want to unsubscribe me. He kept offering discounts etc...about a half hour later he reluctantly unsubscribed me ending our conversation with you will be sorry you didn't keep your Identity/fraud protection. I don't want to unfairly accuse him of having anything to do with the recent theft from my account but he was privy to my information and he did have the opportunity and could benefit from giving my information to someone. I personally would not recommend using freecreditreport.com for this very reason

I was at our statewide convention last week. The buzz words in the breakout sessions were Linkedin,Plaxo,Facebook and ActiveRain...I was very surprised that many agents I spoke with about ActiveRain said "ActiveRain what's that". I was fortunate I guess to have a very neat lady who cared enough to share with me about the benefits of blogging and inviting me to ActiveRain her name is Shirley Parks, San Antonio Texas Real Estate . I am just learning about syndication and putting rss feeds on your website. I hope you are the type of agent that shares information with your co-workers. The way I see it is if they are doing well,your office is doing well then you too will benefit. Help the less computer literate among you. I don't think people who won't embrace technology will make it through to the other side. Times have changed I watch my 14 year old son TEXT his friend outside while they are in the same yard playing. This next generation will be tweeting their orders to Pizza Hut. (that's a reference to twitter) look it up....and for goodness sake put your email address on your business card. I hear so many agents say I don't because I want them to call....you missed the call they emailed me...just kidding
