I don't know who said it but it is true. I have been standing on my corner for a month now and I just don't see signs of giving up. Every morning sometime Saturday's too I stand on that corner holding my sign,talking to people,handing out my card and having a good time in general. It never gets old. I have picked up two listings with the promise of two more waiting in the wings. I am working with two buyers and I have a slew of renters browsing my site for the perfect home. The sign cost 30.00 + my time (one hour each morning)= Priceless. I actually see people bending their heads took look around traffic to see if I am still there. I spend the time I am there studying people and thinking of new ways to promote my business. Take some time today and think about what you could be doing to promote your business

I had a good time standing on the corner this morning. It was a little windy and the newspaper guy BOB doesn't work on Monday. I wasn't alone though...There was an enterprising man who bought his own paper's and was selling them. He wasn't affiliated with the paper like bob he was buying them from the local Valero and making TIPS. Anyway I had a few picture takers or video takers with their phones. This has happened a couple times before but today was different....they weren't sneaky about it they rolled down their windows and held the phones out and started shooting away. I wonder what they do with that....do you think they show their friends at work...I hope so reader....I hope so....

I have recently joined Twitter and find it quite enjoyable. Not only am I reaching out to tons of folks with one liners. I am able to update my facebook status just by posting on twitter. If your not using Twitter,Plaxo,Linkedin and Facebook you could be missing a great opportunity to promote yourself.

Does anyone know what the second prize is.....A set of Steak knives...Third prize is your fired ! I love that. It of course is a line in the movie Glengarry Glenross. It is a movie about a small Real Estate firm that sells lots/acreage. It really is a great movie and for some reason recently at least in San Antonio there has been a rush to buy this movie. I wonder why everyone is seeking it out. Has it been used (a clip) in the news lately. I think anyone who is not in sales would actually find it boring. I found it hilarious..What is your favorite quote from the movie or scene list it here. And please people subscribe to my blog. I would really appreciate it.
