I have been advising clients since 1985. I am currently the Past President of Citrus Valley Association of Realtors in San Dimas. I also am a State Director for California Association of Realtors past director of National Association of Realtors. I have served on the Board of Realtors as a Director since 2002. I am also certified as a Mediator and Arbritator by Pepperdine Law School. I serve on several committees including Budget and Finance, Legislative Government Relations, Membership and Education, Grievance and Professional Standards. I began my career in Residential Real Estate in 1985 working my way up to training agents and then into managing agents. I became a Certified Business Broker this past January 2008. I added Commercial to my expertise when I became involved with the United States Department of Commerce for International Real Estate. I have traveled to Hong Kong to attend the Premiere Forum for International Real Estate the MIPASIA conference. I have also been on a trade mission to New Orleans a year after Katrina to establish trade economy again to the city. My son, Brian Elias joined me as a Broker Associate and has completed his CCIM courses making him well versed in Cost Anaylsis and Strategies for Investing. With my extensive and knowledge of real estate, my constant involvement at the top levels of Real Estate, my personal relationships with many State Senators, Assemblymen and Congress combining with my large network of people in all walks of life, adding my son joining me as my partner, you will find a strong relationship to answer your questions, consult with you and guide you through growth of your assets, be it your first home purchase or your first commercial investing your 100th investment or 100th house I will always give you my sound advice and opinion. I have many friends I have made over the 22 years I have been in real estate because my clients become my trusted friends.

In my 22 years so far in Real Estate I have become proficient in many directions. Short Sales and Foreclosures is a skill I have honed in the 1989 thru 1992 market. I have worked as a loan officer, a escrow assistant, a manager, a trainer, relocation expert, commercial agent and certified Business Intermediary. I have been educating myself all throughout my career taking classes and courses to better enhance my knowledge. I am Certified in Negotiation and Mediation Training. I counsel in investments, first time homebuyers I consider my babies. I am patient in walking them through their transaction explaning every detail they are going through and even go to their loan document signing to answer questions up to the end of the transaction. Upon closing I am there to give them their keys even bringing them dinner or lunch on move in day. On High end sales I give my clients the security that their biggest investments typically are in knowledgable hands. Whether the sales are millions or low thousands the treatment is the same. My expertise in all the little hiccups that come along in selling and buying are creative think out of the box solutions to those little hiccups. Tenacious and creative are my strong allies along with experience and knowledge. In Commercial the anaylsis of the deal. Does it make sense to purchase. Does it make sense to sell? Evaluating if you could be a business owner, or recasting your business to sell. Office/Manufacturing Space and Multi Family complexes are my areas of expertise along with Land sales. Leases are another strong suit of mine for office. I specialize in the San Gabriel and Inland Empire Areas that include Claremont, San Dimas, La Verne, Pomona, Glendora, Covina, West Covina, Upland, Ontario, Chino and Chino Hills, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Rialto, San Bernardino, Highland, Beaumont, Yucaipa, Riverside, Colton and Redlands. My experience comes with my passion for real estate and the high integrity I place upon myself to win my clients trust and confidence so I get repeat business and many referrals from my clients.
