Keeping up with education and the skills need to better serve my clients: I have completed the courses for the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), also the Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and have been awarded the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR)certification

I was born and raised in Ontario, Canada and moved to Venice, Florida as a teen. The move later to Citrus County in 1979 was good one and thus life is good!
I married my husband, Gareth in 1971, and have grown children and some "real fun" grandchildren. Prior to moving to this area Gareth had worked with his family contruction business in Venice and for 10 years managed a local real estate office. He joins me in the Walmsley Team of Citrus County primarily with marketing.

I have worked full-time in the real estate market in Citrus County since 1982 and have seen it do some sharp ups$ and downs$ so I am able to view the market as a whole and hopefully help you in your real estate needs.
