My name is Gary. I was born and raised in the suburbs of Cleveland Ohio. I started my real estate career there with a great company. I moved here to the beach and continued my career here with Eagle Realty. I have great experience with helping others. I'm very optimistic by nature and have a great urgency when it comes to doing the things I love. I absolutlely love it here at the beach and look forward to all things that come my way!

We are currently working with various site submittal sites. Our main submittal site is Registereverywhere.com. This company has a proven reputation of getting traffic to websites, and the more exposure, obviously the better for your property and our company. Also, we have a Yahoo account with Keyword Bidding that drives valuable traffic to our site, while increasing our search engine ranking.

IDX on our website allows consumers to search ALL available properties in our area, simply by the click of the mouse. It is also a great tool for our clients, allowing them to do a quick comparison for surrounding properties For Sale around their listed property.

Print Media:

We have a current account with the Sun News that includes both Display and Line Ads every other week. Our displays are in actively read parts of the paper, not crowded with a bunch of other real estate listings so that yours gets focused attention and is not lost in the crowd.

We are excited about our account with THE REAL ESTATE PREVIEWER which can be picked up in various locations up and down the Grand Strand. They are quickly growing and reaching more consumers every month. We have already had a good positive response!

We advertise in miscellaneous Chamber advertisements that go all over the country upon request and have much material at their home office and on their website.

For our Tidewater Properties, Focused Advertising is done in the Tidewater Directory.

We are also excited about our NEW account with THE CAROLINA REAL ESTATE magazine giving us more print and internet exposure than ever before in the area!

Targeted Mailing/E-Mailing:

As our company makes contacts, our database builds. Targeted e-mailing is a quick, easy, cost-effective way to get advertisements and concise messages to many prospects at one time, exactly when you want it to get to them.

We have an account with Precision Mailing who handles our direct mailing and targeted mailing activities.

Radio Media:

We have continued our radio marketing venture now with NEXT MEDIA GROUP advertising our website through there stations websites along with occasional spots on their live radio to drive more traffic to our informational webpage.

Television Media:

We have recently signed on with Time Warner & their network stations including ESPN, CNN, THE WEATHER CHANNEL, etc. and have an account with the Grand Strand NOW channel to run year round, 28 times a week, exposing all our listing on a rotation basis. This is even more exposure for your property and our company to consumers and realtors and most importantly, buyers watching the Real Estate Channel.

Billboard Media: (future marketing/coming soon)

Billboard media is used specifically for development/community (such as condo’s or subdivisions) projects to not only make awareness for the project, but even as a directional tool to get the consumer to the project. We may also use the billboard for Branding and agent exposure. We currently have Billboards in the North Myrtle Beach and Little River area!!!

Every listing from Eagle Realty will have a Online Tour included in the marketing plan for our listings! Home Warranty Advantage:

Eagle Realty offers FREE Home Warranties on all our properties to help sell your property faster. As an added bonus, the Home Warranty will begin at the 1^st day of your 6 month listing. This is available to be used by you, the seller in case something in the property goes wrong, and all you have to pay is the service trade call fee usually $55. The service is free to you and transfers to the buyer at closing and Eagle Realty picks up the tab!

Exposure:

We have moved to our first commercial office since opening our Real Estate division, Eagle Realty. We are located in the new Tidewater Business Center by the drawbridge, at the intersection of Sea Mountain Highway and Little River Neck Rd. We feel we are doing this move at the right time to coincide with the expansion and growth of our company.
