We are bound by a strict code of ethics and will not perform repairs on any home we have inspected.

Not only do we look at the condition of the home, but also the security of the home. We inspect all doors, locks and windows and look for ways of entry. We will report any observed suspicious circumstances to local law enforcement and work with you to replace/repair broken items as a result of a break in or storm damage.

Many systems with in your home need to be operated or run on a periodic basis as per manufacturers specifications. This includes running the dishwater and disposal, flushing toilets, turning on main water supply and flushing facets.
If a swimming pool is involved, we inspect the pool and pool equipment to make sure everything is in working order and that there is no safety issues which could be a liability to the home owner. We verify if the pool service company is maintaining the pool properly.
