My ancestors come from the central part of Europe around 1396-1458 who descend from the proto-albanians between the 11th. to 14th. centuries being its name Arbëria (later Albany), which was prior than the Ottoman Turks invaded Greece. More precissely Albany (1465-1467). After the moslem invasion we've passed many years (c. 100) in central Greece, where after more than 3 centuries in Italy, first in the North serving the King of Venice as Private Military Guards and then in the South where they funded the Arbëresh (Albanian community in Italy) town of (Frasnita)Frascinetto, Calabria; hence my last name when in 1887 app. went to Argentina. However it was not until 06/16/1972 I could accomplish the dream of my life to come to USA, dream that was materialized 08/09/1996 when we became proud citizens of this God Blessed land. In 1993, after having worked for 35 years in Quality Assurance Engineering (last 15 in aerospace, defense and aircraft).
I got my Real Estate License, working in the Financing area of RE, which is the life and blood of the Industry, and in 1999 began to take my first steps in Real Estate itself, doing this with my wife, who also became an Agent, selling five properties during the first month of business.Nowdays the market, experience and some grey hair has changed and with it, at least my way of doing business. The old and self-centered "What is in it for me?" philosophy, has now been replaced by the "Giving, "WHAT CAN I GIVE" to the person, who is in front of me, with whom I AM DOING BUSINESS, (not trying to develop a pseudo-friendship), that will be good, convenient and honest to him/them, that in exchange we will get something beneficial for BOTH OF US within a circle of integrity EVEN if that circle reaches the point of advising against the marketing of the property at that point in time or conditions, because in this business you are either a WALKING COMMISSION or searching for a CLIENT THAT WILL REMEMBER YOU ENOUGH to grab the phone in the future, even if it is for him, or better yet, for a referral.
After a long compilation of data and experiences, finally came the time to give some fruit, to pass the baton, or at least to begin to it. So, I will start the International Coaching Stage of the Program, first in Spanish, here in the USA, and then we will contemplate some offers Overseas. Is about 35+ years teaching, and after 15 years of experience plus Licensing and University and two depresive seasons in Real Estate and Lending, is begining the recover again, but my heart this time is in trainning new people with the willingness to open big gates and a new route in "How to marry Real Estate and Lending, National and International, to become Financially Independent and Wealthy", either here in USA through Canada, Australia and Europe.
The beginning of my career was marked by an afluent source of buyers, since I was associated with a very creative Network of Financing. After frequenting First Time Seminars, specially within Orange Country and the Long Beach/Downey area specifically; the Listing aaspect of Real Estate began to awake my curiosity, but this time within the North East of O.C. where I lived, worked and worshiped since 1988.
Ever since I noticed myself with a tendency to work in Financing and being surrounded by General Contractors requesting me properties for refurbish is that in 2005 I felt the need to deeper training myself in a Bank/Finance class;(even though I have worked in conventional Banking (Farmg. Cred. Bank, Arg. & B. of A.,USA-Account Reconcilement in both Institutions) therefore I went back to college taking my first class with credits to the DRE: Mortgage, Banking and Lending, ending within the Top of my Class, and then I pursued Real Estate Investments in order to better satisfied the needs of my client-base either in Construction as well as my netwok of Investors with 1031 Exchanges, discovering that many of my residential clients had became small investors themselves, who began to use my services as they became aware of my new line of service.
Since then, and observing the course taken by the needs of an always more demanding and well instructed public is that I adopted a continuous and global encompassing coaching system, wich have and still do pay sweet satisfactions, for me, as well as for my clients, and is like this, in this environment in which LFISH was born (Louis Frascini International Seminars and Holdings).
After many debts and a painful divorce I felt that it was not going to be easy to get back on my feet, as you know, I was living with my three sons in a one bedroom apartment in Long Beach, always dreaming of the day that I could move to a better area and give my children and myself a new opportunity. Well, Luigi, the day came when my sister-in-law Mary introduce us for the first time. After working hard on choosing the best area, the right house and the proper financing for me that dream came true. We moved to a beautiful and comfortable duplex in Downey. The kids and I decided to live in the larger unit and we rented the back unit as you sugested. It is working great. Thank you, Luigi Sara G.-Downey-
