I can honestly say these were the feelings I was processing, when 3 weeks ago 98% of the industry went to the new FICO standard with their government loans of 620.
I just couldnt understand that if VA and HUD both are telling me that their is no credit
score requirement to do business with them. WHy were we being given lender overlays?
Didn't Obama tell the banks to start lending? Given us aggressive options for people
buried in properties?
