So finally I just started to manage my first property here in Gainesville, Hall County, Georgia and boy do I love it! Gainesville is truly a great city. The people here are phenomenal as well as many of the homes and properties available. I've been negotiating with my clients and many of them have been looking to invest in land and homes here.
