I've showed three properties in the city of Chestnut Mountain, Hall County, Georgia. This city has many of nice areas that are beautiful fir new homes to be built. The property values are great here as well as the location. I find that the city is quite attractive and the people there seem to be very friendly. I will definitely recommend this area to other of my clients.
I have heard that the market hasn't been doing well in the city of Oakwood, Hall County, Georgia. Does anyone out there have a view or opinion on this? I want to try to get into this market here. Some of my clients are asking me advice if they should move into this area. I personally think that the area is OK, depending what you are looking for. Hopefully the market will pick-up, if my friends are right and it is on a downfall.
I just started to manage a property in Murrayville located in Hall County, Georgia. Man, I have to say that I love the area this area! I really went into this with no expectations because I was unfamiliar with the area, but I have to say that I was truly impressed. I now have many other of my me clients looking into homes in the area.
