    FREE HOME STAGING - We need a LIVED-IN home in Boca Raton for Lifetime TV show 'Balancing Act' segment

    We need a LIVED-IN home for an on-location video shoot appearing on the Lifetime Network show Balancing Act.

    In May, The Balancing Act will run a short feature about Decorative Lettering, and will be taped in Boca Raton. We need a Boca Raton home at which they can video decorative lettering being applied in various rooms.

    We have been asked to find a suitable property, and need a home that we can feature in the video shoot.

    What's in it for you? Your LIVED-IN property will be staged for free.

    What are we looking for?

    • A property owner that wants their home staged for sale, or to live.
    • Access to the home from May 7th-May 9th
    • The home must meet the following criteria:
      • upscale and recently built (no older than 10 years)
      • interesting architectural focal points, such as a fireplace and foyer
      • interior already painted in lively, attractive colors other than just plain jane off-white
      • have a nursery, including walls painted in soft, attractive color(s)
      • have a kids room, including wall painted in lively, attractive color(s)
      • have an upscale kitchen, also painted in an attractive color
      • home must *not* have arched windows and entrance-ways (lettering must be able to be applied horizontally).
      • walls of the home must be smooth, so as to allow lettering adhesion

    The video team will need a notarized property release for video and photography, and obtain written permission to install decorative lettering, understanding that possible painting touch-ups may be needed after lettering is removed and that the homeowner is responsible for that


    We are looking for a win-win arrangement for everyone... The homeowner gets a home staged and video taped for free.
