I have started to notice that in the Birmingham (and surrouding markets), Alabama market the new construction foreclosures have started to deplete. I have also noticed that the banks are taking less offers than before. I know other areas of the US are still experiencing bad markets but the Alabama market has started looking up. In the past week I have written 5 offers on different properties. I will be able to work out at least 4 of them. I think that it is important for us (Realtors) to report any positive news that we can. With the media taking care of all the negative publicity someone needs to put the positive out. Alabama prices are not dropping as bad as other areas so we don't seem to have the problem that others do. Don't get me wrong, our market is not what it used to be but homs are still moving. I would love to hear more positive news from around the globe.

I've come across a few great marketing products to market my listings but I'm always looking for new ones. I also have started using Youtube a lot. I wanted to see if I could get some great ideas on how other realtors are using youtube, myspace & facebook to market your listings. Any suggestions would be awesome.
