There is a funny story : a friend of mine wanted to buy an ugly apartment located on 76th street & Park Avenue; I tried to tell her is subtle ways, but to no avail. Her husband showed up 20mn later, loved the location, made the offer and the deal was done in 24H00... I cashed the check and bought a fur coat as my 1st reward in real estate. I still have the coat circa 1988.
