About Us:

I am a real estate broker in Chelan, WA. My company is Criterion Properties, LLC. I founded Criterion Properties in 2003 to provide commercial real estate services. I have business, investment, marketing and technical backgrounds plus extensive development experience! My background includes development, multi-family and commercial projects which I have been involved with since the early 1990s. When I moved the brokerage to the Lake Chelan Valley in 2005, I began offering both full service commercial and residential services to a clientele that includes investors, developers and savvy property owners that demand superior customer service and marketing.

As a full time resident in the Chelan Valley, I know what is happening in the area. I regularly attend planning and council meetings both in Chelan County and City of Chelan. With my real estate history spanning many different areas, I am familiar with many of the types of projects Chelan has yet to see, but are coming to the valley. I can see opportunities in projects others just aren't familiar with. I am also a licensed auctioneer in Washington State.

I am involved in the business and development environment of the area. I serve on citizen advisory committees for Chelan County, the City of Chelan, and the Manson council. He has done and is doing projects in the City of Wenatchee, County of Chelan and City of Chelan. He has hometown expertise!

With so many of the buyers in our area from out of town, it is tragic to have so many brokerages who don't market their client's properties to best advantage.
