Lafayette Terrace is located at 370 W Broadway on the corner of Lafayette Blvd and the boardwalk. This building was built in 1968 and the location of this building is right in the middle of the city of Long Beach. It is in close proximity not only of the boardwalk and our great beaches, but also a short walk to all of the restaurants, shops, LIRR Station, library and our recreation center.
Parking is in great demand in Long Beach, NY and the location of Lafayette Terrace is one of the few places in town that parking is manageable. There are a few reasons for this. There are quite a large number of luxury condominiums in this area and these all have parking included with the units.
