Biography:

Allison K. Smith received her undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma and went on to graduate from the University of Tulsa with her law degree. After passing the Oklahoma Bar, she moved to California, where she practiced law for 6 years. When she was presented with the opportunity to move to Colorado, she jumped at the chance. Allison still maintains her legal licenses in Colorado, California and Oklahoma.

In 1993 Allison made the move to Denver. Once here, she continued to practice law until 1998. Having practiced law actively for 11 years, Allison's decision to transition to real estate sales was a natural one. Her legal background and negotiating experience enable her to provide added value, service and integrity to not only her clients, but also her office and co-workers. Allison chose to join Showcase Properties Unlimited because the company culture of teamwork, the win-win philosophy and high level of honesty and ethics so closely matched her own.

Allison has lived in the Park Hill/Montclair area since moving to Denver and is no stranger to hard work and enterprise. She has owned and operated a pet sitting business as well as a catering business, which she has since sold in order to focus all her efforts on her clients and real estate business. In order to provide the best service possible, Allison keeps abreast of the changing real estate market and practices by continuously furthering her education. To that end she has attained a Graduate Realtor Institute designation, as well as a Certified Residential Specialist designation (which is held by only 5% of the Realtors nationwide).
