About Us:

Broker Associates and Team Leaders with EXIT Realty Leaders. We are charter officers for Women's Council of Realtors Nature Coast Chapter. Melonie is the President Elect and Lee Ann is a director for the Realtors Assoc. of Citrus County. Melonie is also a director for the Florida Assoc. of Realtors. We are involved in Habitat For Humanity, The Young Professionals, RPAC and much more. We sponsor youth sports teams and Melonie coachs 4-9 year old cheerleaders and an under 8 team for soccer.

We were named the 2006 Realtors® of the Year for the Realtors Assoc. of Citrus County and RPAC Chairpersons of the Year for the Florida Assoc. Of Realtors®.

We have closed over 600 transaction sides in 5 years, 95% of our business is referrals and repeat customers.
