Okay, the last time we tried this, that Wanda girl from Utah blew our whole secret in seconds of us posting our "Name That Photo".
What's this Wanda?
We'll be back with the answer soon, we know it's hard to trick a good AR'er but we don't think the first guess will get this one.

Happy Good Morning on this fine "Friday's Fotos" day!
Just fired up AR to post our photo and our eye caught the post by Paul Slaybaugh on the topic of copywriting. It seems most want to keep their photo close to their heart and not let anyone else use them. We're weird, you can use our photos, just call or email us so we can see it and tell everyone "we took that picture"
Here's one we took on our last and first trip to Mexico. We actually were staying in the Mayan Riviera and on our way home, at the airport they were looking for volunteers to give up their seat until the next day.
Well it was tough, they sent us to Cancun for the day, put us up in the Hyatt Cancun Caribe Resort, (ocean front room for a mere 5,901 pesos (US $536).
We took more pictures there than the rest of our trip, here's one we really liked. If you like it, use it. We're sure there are millions of pictures just like it.
Okay, we couldn't resist, here's a couple more...
Have a Great Day...

Hey Burt is that President Obama's dog? Don't know Ernie, looks like it. Maybe we should grab it and give Barrack a quick call. Check for it's passport, you know theres new laws now to get over the border.
Hey, if any you guys got a direct line to the Prez, let us know so we can help our Mountie friends out.
Have a Great Day,

We are getting fed up. It seems the "art of negotiating" is a dying breed. It doesn't matter if the asking price is dead on, you still get offers to purchase $20,000 off the listing price.
The Seller is serious, that's why he listed the property dead on. He wants to negotiate, but where do you start?. Our asking price is the same as the last five sales.
Okay, we come to grips with this back and forth, back and forth and finallly we are in agreement. Hold on, the offer is subject to doing a home inspection.
Now, we are sure all of our AR Home Inspector friends would agree that it would be hard to do a home inspection without finding something wrong with the house, even things the Buyer was already aware of. This in just ammunition for the Buyer/Buyer's Agent to try to beat the agreed offer price down some more.
Maybe some of the things are valid, but it seems our last few houses (different Home Inspectors) all needed new roofs, not only needed a new roof but needed it yesterday. It didn't matter if the roof is five years old or ten years old. Who cares, just give us a $4-5-6,000 rebate and we will do the deal.
Alls fair in love and war, but let's face it, anybody can type up an offer for thousands of dollars less than the asking price with no regard to past sales, do a home inspection and let's do it all over again.
Now we know, one Agent is working for the Seller and one is working for the Buyer. Bottom line, if we all work in good faith, a deal will be done.
What's your take on this? Looking forward to your comments. ![]()

P.S. The Agent with the offer always says "well, I don't want to waste anybody's time"
Recently we did a little blog on what is truly an amazing sight. Lock 44 in Coldwater, Ontario Canada. A marine railway that is a one of a kind in North America. A few of you wanted to see some pictures. So we took a little trip to get some pictures. We hope you enjoy it.
For starters, here is a qucik little video to give you a general idea of our trip...
Here are a few videos showing you how it works...
