About Me:

I'm a Native New Mexican and even though I could live anywhere, Albuquerque is my "soul city." The vistas, the sky, the monsoons, mountains to the East, mesas to the West, the sweet smell of sage and chamisas - it speaks to me. Albuquerque still maintains a small town feel with friendly people and easy commutes.

We have movers and shakers here but our rhythm is a little slower. That suits me fine.

I have many interests and hobbies some of which include cooking, doing art, making music, redefining interior spaces and landscaping. Subjects that intrigue me are medicine, psychology, economics, and world events. My greatest achievement is raising my wonderful son who is now 16 years old. He is awesome.

I'm easy going, have nerdy tendencies, and am honest as the day is long.

WHAT I DO:

I recently moved my business to another brokerage and it's a good fit. We are essentially a virtual office providing full brokerage. I represent buyers and sellers from the first timers and downsizers to savvy investors. Thankfully, we escaped the crash and burn housing market and while it's a buyer's market in Albuquerque, home ownership still makes sense here.

Albuquerque has a lot of housing opportunities and distinct areas. The West side across the Rio Grande River has large housing developments from the major home builders like Pulte, DR Horton and KB homes and a more suburban feel.

While I service all areas and go where the business is, my heart belongs to the areas of Nob Hill, UNM, downtown, Near North Valley and North Valley.

These areas are eclectic, sometimes electric and offer urban lofts, charming 2 bedroom 1 bath bungalows, large spreads for gentlemen farmers, irrigation ditches, fabulous older homes with character, boutiques, funky little shops, grower's markets and plenty of personality. Living around these areas gives me "insider information" that is valuable to folks moving into the area.
