Austin Building Permits

I wanted to take a minute from my day and talk about, DC Consulting, a company that offers services from permit expediting, variances, site reviews, etc. Never mind he's my husband and I already think he's terrific.

He is currently assisting several clients with acquiring permits for SXSW 2009. These permits range from sound, noise, sign, banner and outdoor music venue. His fee also includes walking AFD through any inspections the site may require prior to permitting. He is there every step of the process to facilitate the permit process and ensure everything flows smoothly. He has worked for the city of Austin as a Planner and Code Enforement Inspector (which included working on the infamous PACE Team) http://www.ci.austin.tx.us/pace. He is familiar with PACE rules, as he assisted in establishing the 'Temporary Change of Use' permit process, which is frequently required during SXSW.
