WHAT THEIR REAL ESTATE AGENT ISN'T DOING....or not doing....

You call to show a property....(at least 24 hours prior).....you get the agent's voicemail and leave a message and repeat your number twice...and then, you wait.

And wait, and wait.....then, you try the call again--and get the voicemail again....and no one ever returns your call and you cannot show the property that your client really wants to see.

How many times has this happened to me? to you? Where are these agents...perhaps in a 'no phone service area?'

What if the sellers knew that their agent never answers the phone OR returns calls for showings? It's incredible....and what do we do?
