Now that we are through the holidays and well into the new year we are seeing an increase in activity. While the activity has picked up, the buyers do not seem to have a sense of urgency and they are taking their time in making decisions. With this activity increase and interest rates at low levels, we are seeing, all signs pointing to a solid year in the Omaha real estate market.
