LIVING IN CAREFREE ARIZONA

Carefree Arizona has the most beautiful desert and mountain views around. I love the mountains with their huge boulders and the beautiful homes that sit inside the mountain barely to be seen. The new mortgage -refi plan put out by the Obama administration could be a saving grace for underwater homeowners in Arizona. With Arizona one of the hardest hit states for depreciation this is a bid that could help a lot of homeowners in Arizona. There are so many homeowners that would like to refinance but did not meet the standards of the Home Affordable Refinance Program. With the changes to this program it would allow borrowers to refinance with 50% loss of their homes value. The big question is if the bid goes through will the banks cooperate?
