Meet Amy Shair

Durham Real Estate is my Specialty. I serve clients in Durham County, Wake County, Orange County and surrounding areas of Duke University, NC State, Chapel Hill and UNC at Chapel Hill. I am Amy Shair, a 20 year veteran of real estate in the Raleigh, Durham and Cary area of NC.

As an award-winning agent with RE/MAX United, I enjoy helping relocating buyers as my family relocated cross-country 3 times while growing up.

“Amy Shair worked her tail off for us when we were house shopping 9 years ago. Since then, I have come to appreciate what she did even more. Unlike some clients, we were high maintenance in that we wanted a great value fixer-upper with a large set of requirements, wants and don’t wants. Of course, buying a house in poor condition for less money reduced her commission, but still she probably worked harder than most clients would require (and harder than most agents would have).
