Old Farms Condominiums, a country lifestyle in a New Milford CT condo. A gorgeous setting, green grass and trees all around, beautiful sweeping vistas from every window. Enjoy the beautiful outdoors without having to mow or rake, leave all that to someone else and just enjoy!

Old Farms Condominiums is an older, well established condo complex set in southern New Milford for a great commuting location to all points south. I-84 in Danbury is an easy commute, take Route 7 or take the scenic route along Pumpkin Hill to Brookfield. With only 95 units the complex is well managed. It is a quite complex with 2 bedroom townhouses, 1.5 baths, 1,000 square feet (not including any lower levels that are finished) all have sliding glass doors to expansive common areas. There are 3 townhouse units on the market at Old Farms Condominiums as of todays date, 7/27/09.  They are listed for $179,000, $200,000 and $214,900.

There are a few coveted garden units at Old Farms Condominiums, these are very popular units, but a bit hard to come by. The garden style units have 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a sun room which is a very popular feature. Currently there are 2 garden style condos on the market for $184,900 and $199,900.

Village Fair Days 2009 in New Milford CT has finished, it was a great time! The weather cooperated, (almost), Friday nights thunderstorm and downpour held off until about 45 minutes before the end of the activities. Otherwise, great weather, great food, great people, great music, great fun! The village green was packed with people enjoying themselves, I saw clients, friends and fellow Realtors®. I even got some mug shots of some unwilling realtors! 

The winner of the New Milford Idol 2009 contest is... Jeannette Dubray! Congratulations Jeannette, awesome job! I am anxiously awaiting her performance on Youtube!
