A report summary is usually available to client and agents within 24 hours of the inspection. The full report to the client is generally turned around in 48 hours.

A fair number of my clients are out of the area at the time of the inspection. I take the extra time needed to communicate with you, whether you are in Germany, Singapore, Michigan or New Jersey.

I encourage local clients to be at the inspection.

Sara said, "I took the contractor's representative up into the attic to see where the light was coming through. He didn't think there was a problem until I showed it to him, and explained what you had told me." That would have been a very costly fix several years from now.

Ross told me the cost of the inspection was the best money he ever spent. He was under contract to purchase a home. But, after the inspection, he realized the home was not suitable for him. Later, he found another home, which he hired me to inspect. That second home was suitable for him.

These are things I've come to expect, and expect that everyone else does, too. But, I've learned that is not always the case.
