Stats are in....Home sales in St.Lucie county rose 28% in the second quarter over last year. We are moving on up! All of you buyers on the fence remember one thing.....you wont know when the bottom of the market is until its already over!!! Remember ...the would of, could have, should have that everyone was saying 5 years ago.....well dont let it happen again! It getting harder and harder to find the "deals".

Can Anyone Help me to get REO listings in Port St. Lucie Florida???

I have been trying for several months to get involved listing REO properties. I've signed up on several sites, even some that want you to pay claiming that they will put you in front of assest managers, but I've yet to see any results. I've also signed up to complete BPO's in hopes to get listings, but again nothing but millions of BPO requests. It seem like all the assest management companies want agents that are experienced in listing REO's but none of them seem to be willing to give you a chance. I am and have been a top producer in my market since I started in 2005. This past year I even earned the 100% club status for RE/MAX, but still no REO experience. Can anyone help me get started????
