About Me:

Because my clients want me to dedicate 100 percent of my energy toward making their dreams come true, I have created a unique approach to home buying and selling called By Referral Only. Traditional real estate agents spend 80 percent of their time searching for new business from the general public, which means they often have little time to serve their clients during the transaction; they're just too busy looking for new business.

My clients know that I am their personal real estate consultant for life. What I do for you is invest my time consulting, negotiating, and overseeing the transactional details, so my clients have a quality experience that causes them to want to recommend my services to the people they care about most.

The purpose of my business is referrals, which means I must bring the type of value that makes my clients feel comfortable introducing me to the people they care about most. After all, a referral is sending someone you care about to someone you respect. My goal is to make my clients so outrageously happy with the service I provide that they will introduce me to at least two people they know before our transaction is even complete!

I utilize all the latest technology tools to market my listings for my sellers and get them from listed to sold in the shortest amount of time possible. I work closely with both sellers and buyers to uncover their true motivations and then craft a strategic plan just for them. I walk them through the home selling and buying process so they learn and feel comfortable along the way. And we always have fun along the way!

I specialize in residential sales in the greater New Orleans area, focusing on Metairie, Kenner and Lakeview. I partner with several other agents for listing homes in Mid-City, Uptown, Garden District, Westbank, New Orleans East, Chalmette and the Northshore. I know that our town is made up of many specialized areas and I want to make sure my clients get the best expert advice and knowledge from someone who knows their niche. I work with buyers around the area and can help them find the best neighborhood to suit their lifestyle.
