The Nashville Realtors honored achieved the highest volume of sales for the company for 2007. The company recognized these associates at the Crye-Leike Nashville Region 2008 Kick-Off Meeting held on Tuesday January 15th at the Nashville Airport Marriott Conference Center.

For the year ending 2007, the company's individual transactions of homes bought and sold bettered its closest competitor by more than 360 homes.

Crye-Leike, REALTORS® is proud to announce that Broker Dan Griess has been tapped to lead the company's new Ooltewah, Tennessee real estate branch office located at 5913 Main Street, Suite 107. "I am very excited to be part of a company and a culture of real estate professionals that recognizes the potential that the Ooltewah region represents," said Griess. "Our new office is properly positioned to take advantage of the growth that is occurring in the area."
At the new location, Griess is managing a staff of 17 Chattanooga real estate agents and is actively conducting confidential interviews to bring more sales associates onboard in the Chattanooga real estate market with Crye-Leike. The office can easily accommodate as many as 60 associates.

Griess lives in Chattanooga with his wife Sharon and two sons, Taylor (11) and Tyler (7). When he's not busy assisting his associates and clients, Griess, an Eagle Scout, enjoys volunteering at the Tennessee Aquarium in Chattanooga as scuba diver.
"Being in the real estate business has allowed me to have both a professional life as well as a personal life," said Griess. "The fact that I have a wife who works a full time job and two boys at home makes our family time together very valuable."
