As an Exclusive Buyers Agent serving home-buyers in the Silicon Valley, my goals are very simple.

As an Exclusive Buyers Agent I have no conflict of interest. Your objective is my objective. I will be with you every step of the way, from our initial phone consultation, to searches, showings, negotiations, and right through the closing. I will be involved so you'll never have to go it alone!

Although the service I provide is typically available at no cost to you, in the last year the market has changed dramatically and there may be times that my fee will become part of the negotiations. Please know that I will make every effort to obtain it from the selling party. However, in your best interest, I will leave "no stone unturned" when it comes to seeking out and presenting you with the options that are best suited to your wants and needs. When you are ready, I am here to help!
