About Me:

For the past 10 years, I was doing both residential and commercial mortgages. As well as being an "Active" real estate agent for a small investment firm. I recently joined Carolina One Real Estate in the Metro North Area-Goose Creek, SC. Real Estate is my field!!! Real Estate is my career!!! I'm very happy to be apart of a wonderful office.

I'm an active member for NAR (National Association of Realtors) and RLI (Realtor Land Institute). I'm also an active volunteer participate for Code READ (REALTOR® Ethics and Arbitration Development), the Legislative Committee, and the Commercial Users Group. In addition, I hold a designation as a CSP (Certified Short-Sale Professional).

I have demonstrated the ability to meet and exceed expectations in a variety of environments. In essence, this is why I strongly feel that because of my aspirations I would be the RIGHT Real Estate Agent for you!!!

I represent clients for both Residential and Commercial transactions. However, my specialty is with Short Sales / Foreclosure listings. As well as representing buyers for Residential and Commercial Property, Commercial land. In addition, I also pose a 10 year background in Residential and Commercial Mortgages.

In 2007, Anna Rose helped my son and daughter-in-law purchase their first home. In 2008, both my son and his wife were killed in a tragic motorcycle accident. With everything going on, their home was the last thing on my mind. By the time I tuned back into reality, it was just too late for my son's home. I knew because of my finances, there was just no way I could make the mortgage payments and the house would have to be foreclosed. I needed help and I needed it fast! I had a great experience in having Anna Rose as my real estate agent. Like a lot of buyers, I was referred to Anna. However, I didn't want to rush into a relationship with just any Realtor. I wanted to make sure that who ever I picked as an agent, they would be the right agent for me. Boy was I in for a shock when I met Anna Rose! Talk about an "Experience Go Getter". I was in the market for a new construction home. Anna asked me questions that I would never have thought of on my own when purchasing a home. Anna really opened my eyes with purchasing real estate (an I wasn't a 1st time home buyer). Anna was consistent and persistent in making sure that the home I choose, would be the home I would be happy living in. Finally, when I found a house that I liked-we were ready to make an offer.
