About Our Team:

Ann and the other Realtor^® members of her team each have real estate education above and beyond the essential licensing requirements. Ann is a Certified Residential Specialist as well as a Graduate of the Realtor^® Institute, an Accredited Buyer Representive and EcoBroker^® Certified. She has studied short sales and foreclosures to stay tuned with the current market and has successfully sold both short sales and bank-owned properties. Ann has a law degree from her undergraduate alma mater, the University of Chicago. She practiced law for 23 years before deciding she didn't want to travel away from Flagstaff so often as required by that work.

Kody Taylor is our Client Care Manager. Kody has a background in retail management and has run her own businesses for many years. Kody is a Realtor^® and Accredited Buyer Representative.
