Working on the monthly stats for October Flagstaff home sales: early read shows inventory down relative to sales. Watch for more detailed report later in the week.

In my own little real estate world, got approval on a short sale for one client, a well inspection for another, and final walk-through for a third. Buyer inquiries were brisk.

Flagstaff and Coconino County Foreclosure Scheduled November 2-6

I don't think that this week's long-list of scheduled foreclosure sales for Flagstaff and Coconino County makes a record, but it's still pretty long. However, as we've seen each week, the list that actually goes under the trustee's gavel will probably be much shorter. Many sales are pulled off the list the morning they were set to sell. Most of those are now in negotiation for short sales. Be that as it may, here is the list for the week of trustee's sales, as it was known Monday morning.
