Amazing! Everyone is a buzz with the excitement over the $7500 tax credit soon to be passed. If you are not talking to your past potential buyers and extended network, you're crazy! I have challenged myself to tell everyone that I run into and those that try to run from me :). Slip it into conversations at the grocery store, with neighbors, whoever! My business partner and I are having a brain storm day tomorrow and putting a "let the world know" plan into action. Any one out there getting creative? It would be great to share ideas!

Recently my husband and I have started the stressful and difficult search for the ideal land to build our ideal home on. Not to mention we have an ideal price in mind... Are we being dished out a dose of the flip side or what? It has been a very long time since we have had to feel and experience the many sacrifices a family/individual has to make in order to achieve their real estate dream. Yes, we are being very strict as far as our wants are concerned, VERY STRICT! Fortunately, we are in absolutly no hurry, other than wanting to make use of the great interest rates out there right now. But, we just keep hoping that every thing will magically fall into place for us, haha!

An occassional dose of the flip side is useful! I am bringing to my clients greater empathy and experience (from the personal aspect & professional) that can truly guide them through their stressed out moments.

We have a few options open to us and I hope to fill you in as this adventure progresses!

In the mean time, it's tax season and I have to refocus for a few weeks!
