So, I started my day yesterday, nothing to unusual, except for some pretty crappy weather here in Berks County. You know those days that you wake up and you can hear the rain pouring down on your roof and the wind whipping around all the trash cans outside... one of those days! So I get up get up, get the kids off to school and leave to meet my buyers for a showing. Now, I know this house was going to be in need of some work but I was not expecting to pull in the driveway and find this!
At this point I had to laugh to myself. I had a lockbox combo and all, considering the buliding had NO doors! The MLS sheet mentioned nothing about the caving in roof nor did the picture represent what I just pulled up too!
Needless to say, if you are looking for a MAJOR project in Berks County, PA...I know where to find one!
