SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation which demonstrated knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients through the major financial and lifestyle transactions involved in relocating, refinancing or selling the family home. Dear Antoinette,

You may remember me as the person in North Carolina who got your name from the founder of The Jaqua Company in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and passed it along to the son and daughter in connection with the Alan Sliter home.

Now that Mr. Sliter's home has been sold and he has relocated to the San Diego area. I wanted to write and express my thanks for the absolutely marvelous job you did in making all this happen.

Selling a home in which you have lived 50 plus years and moving to a new location can be a traumatic experience-and rightfully so. Add to the fact that, temperamentally, Mr. Sliter probably wasn't the easiest client you've worked with.

But you pulled it off with an All-Star performance, including all the things that had to be done to get the house ready to sell, including arranging for someone to pack up and move his personal possessions. And then to sell the house for more than it was listed for is just awesome.

The other day while talking with Mr. Sliter on the phone he couldn't thank me enough for helping to locate you and your firm. She really knew her stuff and was excellent to work with, was the way he put it. That just might have been the highest compliment he has ever given-to anyone.
