About Us:

My family has been in the Real Estate business for over 40 years. I am a third generation real estate investor and a second generation Realtor/Broker. Real Estate is more than just a job to me it's my families passion.

I was raised in Naugatuck CT and graduated from Naugatuck High School in 2001. I then attended Western Connecticut State University and received my Bachelors degree in Business Management with a specialty in Finance. While attending WCSU I was also taking my Real Estate Licensing courses. In 2003 I received my Real Estate license and went to work in my families Real Estate Company A&D REALTY GROUP.

In 2006 after graduating from WCSU I decided to stay in the family business and become a Co-Owner of our NEW Company RE/MAX PREFERRED PROPERTIES. With the Brand support of Re/Max and my dedication and passion for helping Buyers and Sellers I knew that my clients would be getting the best Real Estate experience possible.

I specialize in working with First Time Home Buyers and Sellers who are moving up. I believe in continually educating myself in Real Estate by obtaining Real Estate certifications such as ABR (Accredited Buyers Representation) to stay on the cutting edge of Real Estate. This allows me to better represent my clients and make sure that they are getting the highest level of service in the area. I am also using written service Guarantees for both Buyers and Sellers, which gives them the comfort to know that I hold myself accountable to them and their best interest.

Working with First time Buyers is very rewarding. I am able to help a family realize their dreams of owning their own home. I enjoy using my knowledge of Finance, Construction and Negotiations to help them buy a home for the best possible price, in the best possible condition and in their best interests.
