Happy New Year to all,

When I first joined Active Rain, I signed up as the "newby" and now I feel like a pro. Through the guidance and training from an incredible office at Keller Williams in Scarsdale, I have learned so much and am using what I learned daily. I have stayed busy since my last blog and the Clients just seem to appear once you get out there and do your thing.

If you're a "newby" like I am/was, I strongly recommend that you visit your local Keller Williams office and ask them how you can learn all there is to know about this business. If you're in NY, contact me and I will refer you to an office. It's unbelievable all the assistance and guidance you will receive. You're never alone if you don't want to be. The best sessions I enjoy are the Scripts & Dialogue class where you get to act as an owner/seller or an Agent and practice rejections and other obstacles. A must see.
