Sir,

I just wanted to express my appreciation for your employee Robert Twaron.
A couple of months ago he contacted me regarding my move to San Antonio, as he noticed I had made an account on your website so I could search for homes.
I had made several accounts on several different websites. The difference was that he asked me questions and followed up.
His work ethic and persistence made all the difference for me.
I told him when I arrived (Saturday afternoon) that there were a few other people I was going to meet with as well.
We started looking at homes approximately 45 minutes after I contacted him.

Reasons why I didn't contact other brokers:
1) He was the ONLY one who remembered I was coming in town Saturday and the ONLY one who cleared his schedule.
2) He LISTENED to what my criteria were.
3) He gave me space to pursue other options so I could settle my mind that indeed a "NEW" home was the best choice for me and my family.
4) Even though I insisted I wanted to live in Cibolo - he took me the opposite direction first. He was RIGHT.

No other realtor tried to talk me out of the NE area (based solely on commute time) - even though I am going to be stationed at Lackland.
I had already fired the realtor USAA had picked for me because he didn't listen.
By Sunday evening, I knew I wasn't going to waste my time with anyone else - I had the perfect realtor with my BEST INTERESTS at heart.
I ended up putting an offer in for the VERY FIRST home model he showed me.

We are set to close on our NEW home on 3 December and couldn't be happier! You have a real gem on your team with Robert! I only wish more people had his tenacity and genuine concern for others' well-being.
