The Packers can take credit for this one!! April Hayden-Munson's Blog Brookfield Wisconsin Realtor

Brought to you by April Hayden-Munson, I am a Realtor in Brookfield Wisconsin serving southeastern Wisconsin, welcome to my Blog.   I ran across this and want to share it with you to help lighten your day!

Last Fall:

After the Packers /Bills game Buffalo released quarterback Trent Dilfer

After the Packers / Cowboys game Dallas fired Wade Phillips

After the Packers / Vikings game Minnesota fired Brad Childress

After losing to the Packers the 49ers fired Mike Singletary

During the Packers/Eagles game the Packers injured Kevin Kolb and the Eagles had to play Michael Vick

During the Packers /Eagles playoff game the Packers injured Michael Vick and another back-up was needed

During the Packers / Bears playoff game the Packers injured Jay Cutler and Todd Collins forcing them to play Caleb Hanie

Question: Is it me or did the Packers create more jobs than Obama did last year???

April Hayden-Munson's Blog Happy Sunday and a little Police Humor

Happy Sunday and Welcome to my blog from April Hayden-Munson. I read this joke and want to share it with you.

It was the end of the day when I parked my police van in front of the station. As I gathered my equipment, my K-9 partner, Jake, was barking, and I saw a little boy staring in at me. 'Is that a dog you got back there?' he asked.
'It sure is,' I replied.
Puzzled, the boy looked at me and then towards the back of the van. Finally he said, 'What'd he do?'

Selling your home and a tip for spring April Hayden-Munson's blog

Welcome to my blog, this is April Hayden-Munson, Brookfield Wisconsin Real Estate. Today I have a simple tip to help you sell your home in the spring market. Has your home been listed for a period of time and has the season changed. I find this a great time to freshen up the photos in my listings. Many have winter shots, being in Brookfield Wisconsin in the winter - that means snow and no leaves on trees. Now that it is spring - at least the calendar says that - a few flowers are in bloom and trees are starting to bud out. I have a home on the market in Milwaukee that has a Magnolia tree in the front yard. Tomorrow the sun will be shining and I will be out to take a photo of that home with the tree blooming. The current photos are just not a good representation of the home as of today. Two other properties that I listed in Brookfield Wisconsin had their photos updated this week with green grass and a few daffodils.

That's it, a simple tip to freshen up your listing. Time to get your home sold! This photo looks soooo much better than a snowy yard or bare tree.
