What does this mean?? Muskego has an over supply of inventory. Around 14 months of inventory to be exact (20 closed sales and 13 pending, with over 139 current listings)

This varies from price range to price range, and differs in various neighborhoods throughout the area, of course, but the overall picture would indicate that prices in Muskego may decline slightly over the next several months, until this inventory starts to sell.
