If you are a customer of SRP in the Phoenix metro area, you can set up an appointment with them and they will pick up your old refrigerator or freezer for FREE, and give you a $30 reward! It is kind of like the CARS program, but for household appliances. By recycling your old fridge/freezer, you can save up to $100 a year on your electric bill by not running the second appliance. The only catch is that the fridge or freezer must still be running.

OPENING AUGUST '09 - "ARGENT DECOR, THE STORE" IN DOWNTOWN SCOTTSDALE!
What a long, strange trip it's been....
I had been toying with getting a retail showroom for awhile, but questioned if now was the right time to do it. When I happened upon a VERY affordable spot in a great location (near Scottsdale Civic Center!) I had to take the leap! That was mid-June. I thought for sure, IN THIS MARKET, getting accounts set up and floor models here would be a BREEZE - but instead, many reps have been slow to respond.....making me wonder, "But wait! Aren't retail sales way, WAY down..? Aren't they eager like the rest of us to see better numbers....?".
FINALLY, I have some floor model pieces ordered! They are from Lifestyle Solutions and Coaster. My catalog and pricing for Liberty Furniture is waiting for me at the UPS docks, and I am meeting with a local artist tomorrow to select some pieces for the showroom. I can't WAIT for it to be up and running!
