Buyers Inquiring on St. Clair Shores "Homes for Sale"

It seems that the Buyers are still looking at St. Clair Shores as being one of the most "Favorable Communities" in soutghern Macomb County....... Besides the liasting I have getting more activity & going into the "Pending" Status....... I've also "SOLD" another Real Estate Company's offering of a Property in the Martin Road / Harper area.......

Michigan Real Estate Market showing some "Signs of Recovery?"

I have had two (2) of the Homes I have been Marketing in St. Clair Shores go into the Pending status in the last few weeks.

I have to say that one of the properties was marketed throughout the winter months. It seems that pricing is so very important in this market. It is so criticial. Until the price is right, there not anything that can be done to get the "Real Estate Community" (Brokers & Salespeople) to show the property. Once you get to the right price, the showings come & if the home and so do the offers.

The second property was priced right from the listing date and "SOLD" in 7 weeks...... That just reinforced the theory...... The REALTOR should be updating the comparable properties for their "Sellers" at kleast once a month. THe market is changing that fast..... With prices that have been coming down in SE Michigan.... And if the property wasn't beeing shown 2 months ago...... It is a safe bet that it is further from the "Right Price" now......
