Now is Truly a Great Time to Buy

Rates are Low, Great Selection of Homes. Now is Truly a Great Time to Buy

While there has been a tremendous amount of negative coverage in the media regarding banking institutions over the past weeks, for the most Bank of America has only been mentioned on the positive side of any recent stories and their great mortgage rates.

Bank of America is one of the most profitable bank in the United States, and they have more capital than any bank in the country. This means consistency with customers and a long term relationship is a key factor along with trust.

Now is truly a great time to purchase a home. Interest rates are low and the selection of homes for sale are high. I have listed a few interest rates on some of the most commonly used home programs for financing over the past year.

30yr conforming fixed rate mortgage - 5.875%

FHA 30yr fixed rate mortgage - 6.0%

VA 30yr fixed rate mortgage - 6.25%

Please call me if you have some questions or like some more information about some of these programs Bank of America has to offer you.
