Qualified Veterans with Disabilities Program Discount: -0.50% (The Veterans with Disabilities Discount applies to veterans with a compensable disability rated at thirty percent or greater by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.)

• The VLB Base Rate is subject to adjustment on the each week.
• If more than one rate lock is obtained in a twelve-month period, the highest locked rate will prevail.

This is definitely something that Scrooge would question. Inject himself in a place of holiday Cheer yet it's free. What will Scrooge do? Turn down something Free or expose himself to Christmas cheer. Well while he is figuring out the problem have the family go down to the Winter Wonderland Confectionary Display located at the Woodlands Resort and Conference Center now through Christmas.
