Centrally located, the city of Bryan in Brazos, Texas is a wonderful place to live. It is located approximately equidistant to three of Texas' largest cities;Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas. This is great because you are in driving distance to all of these cities, as well as Austin. I manage two properties here and the market seems to keep growing.

One of the new places that a fellow friend in the business pointed out to me that has been flooding with business is the city of McKinney located in Collin County, Texas. I know it has attracted a lot of attention with being the nation's fastest growing city from 2000 to 2003 and again in 2006, but the market for homes lately in McKinney has grown even more for me. What a great city!

My business lately in Harris, Texas has grown significantly. I find many of my customers looking to relocate here. This county offers a wide range of areas that attract people looking for a small town feel to people who want farming land to even people looking for a the city life. Doing business here is truly a pleasure.

Don't you love selling and recommending homes in Texas? I am a property manager that works all over the nation, but I do have my roots here in the great state of Texas, and to work back in my home town here here in Bexar, Texas is the greatest reward of all. Texas is truly a state of its own, and it's a privilege for me to do business here again.

One community many of my middle-class clients have been relocating to is the city of Humble located in Harris County, Texas. Though it has gotten a bad rep. in the past for its higher than average crime rate then other communities, but in the past few years the city has really tried to clean up. Also this area offers many employment opportunities with a major oil refineries in the area.
