Anna is a community of approximately 7,500 persons located in northern Collin County, about 50 miles north of downtown Dallas and in close proximity to Richardson, Plano, McKinney and Frisco. The community has grown rapidly in the past five years, but still has lots of open fields, pastures and woods. When clients of mine are looking for lots of yard space I always recommend this county. It has done a great job rebuilding itself since the tornadoes in 2006.
Bellaire is one of the most beautiful cities in Texas . Bellaire, Texas is one of the most glamorous and clean cities that I Know( though it is a small area it has a great homes and neighborhoods). Many if my clients either live here or do business here. This area attracts many high-class individuals as well as many businessmen and women. I have for years recommended clients of mine to this wonderful area.
As a property manager of real estate, I am well aware that our current economy is not optimal, but we all need to keep in mind that the economy in general fluctuates-- and especially that the American economy has an unprecedented amount of capital behind it. We have invested our lives; I don't have to tell anyone this. Economically, the U.S. continues to be a vital market particularly in terms of consumption. I have yet to come across a client who has been unhappy with his or her purchase. I have found that the media are over-reacting. My clients continue to look for new homes, and continue to be able to afford them. In the end I still love managing properties Texas, specifically in the Bexar and Harris County areas.
Managing properties sometimes has its ups and downs sides for me. Though I love my job, I find it somewhat stressful when I cannot in any way please my client, no matter how hard I truly try. Now do not misunderstand me......I do love my job and I really love the satisfaction of pleasing and helping people, but when they do not understand that you can only do so much it is hard to explain why. Many of my clients in Bexar and Harris, Texas are some of the best clientele, we all know there are difficult customers. For me, It's just getting past the ones that you cannot help anymore. In the end If you love your job it's how much you truly give it.
Being a property manager in both Harris County and Bexar County, Texas as well as other areas in the U.S., it can be very tiring, but as well as rewarding. I love being a property manager and meeting and working with individuals, but it can be time consuming. I just had my first child and I am finding somewhat hard to work it into my job. Maybe just cut back some hours, I really do not want to get a nanny. Does anyone have some advice?
