I find that most of the people here on this site are real esate agents, brokers, or managers. Is anyone here an actual property manager as myself? I really haven't met many. I would love to converse with any property managers (specifically in Harris County or Bexar County area's here in Texas)... It always seems to help to find new tricks in the area.

Does anyone have information on property in the city of Pasadena located in the county of Harris, Texas? I'm A property manager but I also refer many of my clients to look at permanent housing, real estate agents, and vacation rentals. Many of my clients range from the middle to the upper class. I desperately need people and information to give them. Since I do manage properties nationwide I haven't got to this area yet. Thank-you for any replies!

I recently found that some of my properties in the Cypress area of Harris County are doing better then normal. I'm somewhat surprised by this because of our nation's economy lately (which has not has not "thank the lord" taken a huge role on real estate) and also just the general factors play a role into heavy business in this area. For my business in this particular area in Texas it has been above par. Hopefully it will continue to keep doing so for further business ventures.
